Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Cestra, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Cestra on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Cestra is a no-code AI orchestration platform that lets you build and run workflows connecting third-party large language models and tools. You are responsible for any credentials and third-party keys you supply.

3. Billing & credits

• Credit packages are non-refundable once consumed.
• Subscription plans are monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Price changes are notified at least 30 days in advance.
• Payments processed by Iyzico. No card data is stored on our servers.

4. Acceptable use

You will not use Cestra to: break any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, spread malware, overload the platform, or circumvent access controls.

5. Warranty & liability

Cestra is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts.
